Thank you so much for the comment and kind words James. Six was some nice alliteration but also most effective at optimizing the flow of the chemicals oxytocin and serotonin—which boost mood and promote bonding.
nice job on "the last time", you brought a different perspective to one of my go-to meditations. You just never know when you're doing something for the last time and that thought can bring forward gratitude. Love it when gratitude pops to the front of all the things you are thinking about. Also - Boromir's request, thanks for that, makes me want to go back and read LOTR for the fourth time :-). Keep up the great work Tommy
Thanks for such a thoughtful comment Grant. You’re so right — inevitably there will be a last time we do everything. Yet rarely in the moment do we know it’s the last time.
Wow fourth time!! We’ll have to chat LOTR sometime. I’d love to hear your tales :)
I'll have to try this coffee + sparkling water combination :)
you won't be disappointed :)
Profound questions: “When was the last time you gave a hug, that lasted a whole six seconds?” 🙏

Appreciate you :)
I never knew that about six seconds! Thank you for sharing. I wrote a piece a while back about the impact of saying I Love You.

Especially saying it to yourself for five full seconds while looking in the mirror.
I would have said six seconds after what you shared :)
Appreciate you too.
Awesome James! I'll check it out. Thanks :)
Absolutely love this issue, Tommy. The Gibran quote hit hard, as well as your “when was the last time?” writing. So so good. Thank you for sharing!
Thank you so much Grace :) Gibran has some good ones. Kinda a foray into sharing poetry publicly so I’m glad it didn’t completely flop
Really appreciate you reading!
